SGS will accept payment of annual subscriptions and any and all other payments due from members via the payment application PayNow or such other payment applications or platforms as is notified to members from time to time. These payments made by you may include payments for special events organized by SGS and donations made by you.

Payment to SGS is subject to the following conditions. By using and continuing on this website, you agree to have accepted these terms and conditions, together with SGS’  Privacy Policy and any other policy statement referred to herein and available by hyperlink. Where these terms or policies are updated herein, your continued use of this website constitutes your acceptance of the updated content.

SGS is not obliged to update the content or to notify you of updates. When the content is updated, the website will contain the latest version. SGS may rely on third-party service providers to host our webpage or manage our payments process. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit this website or send e-mails to SGS, you are communicating with SGS electronically. You are deemed to consent to receive communications from SGS electronically in respect of your payment matters. SGS will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that SGS provides to you electronically satisfies any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Subject to the provisions relating to memberships in the SGS Constitution, SGS reserves the right to decline to accept payment, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, in SGS’ sole discretion.  

WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of SGS to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These terms and conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by SGS on this site constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and SGS in respect only of your payment(s) and govern your use of the payment application, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and SGS (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of these terms and conditions). 

Your general rights and obligations as a member of SGS are however governed by the SGS Constitution and any by-laws made thereunder.
